PLANNING

When you choose Ultimate Sound and Lighting as your wedding entertainment, we’ll meet with you to coordinate all formalities and special song selection. I will take the time to meet with you to plan your event. If you have a unique vision for your event, we’ll work with you to achieve your goal and help create your vision for your special day. Ultimate Sound and Lighting will suggest creative answers & solutions. It is up to you to decide on what fits your needs and how they will fit into your day. We provide the planner and schedule forms that will guide you through your event.

CUSTOMIZE

Design your wedding reception to fit your budget, personality, sound, video, lighting, and musical interests. You want your wedding to be a unique event independent from other weddings you have attended. I understand your concerns, which is why I will help you customize your reception to reflect your needs and personalities.

Formalities

To assist you with your traditional and not-so-traditional choices, I have compiled a list of formal wedding traditions and belief explanations of some, and some are self-explanatory.

*GRAND ENTRANCE*

Introductions are about to be made, and anticipation fills the air. Cameras are primed and positions taken as all the eyes come to focus on the entranceway. It is the last introduction of the Bride and Groom that will send cheers to the rafters. Among the flashing lights and shouts of excitement, it will be your song that resonates through the hall. Set the mood for your memories and customize your music. Choose one song for everyone to be introduced to or choose one for the parents and bridal party and a second song for the Bride and Groom.
